Handmade (in Stock) Apparel Purchased at the League of NH Craftsmen's Fair

Should you wish to return an unused, unwashed item you purchased at the League of NH Craftsmen's Fair, you may do so while the event is still open, for an exchange or for store credit. 

After the event has closed, you may return the unused, unwashed item at your own shipping cost within 15 days of purchase, for an exchange or for store credit. Please contact us for the shipping address.

All apparel must have tags attached, be unwashed and unworn.

Custom Handmade Apparel Orders

Each piece is custom made according to your child’s unique style, including fabric selections and sizing. We cannot offer returns or exchanges for custom orders at this time.

Please carefully follow our instructions on “How to Measure Your Child,” and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. 

Shipping charges are only refunded if we made a mistake in your order.

All custom apparel must be unwashed and unworn.

JL Designs is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We are not responsible for the package after it is shipped.  If it is stolen, please file a claim with USPS. We are a happy to help you do so.

Please inspect your garment soon after it arrives.  Contact us immediately if there are any flaws or defects.
